About this training:
Change happens when people are accountable for their actions and become motivated about changing the way they work and in their personal lives. It is often difficult to explore our own need for accountability and motivation, thus becoming less productive by focussing on external matters rather than from within. Tremendis Learning offers its vendor neutral Coach the Coach certification to individuals wishing to ignite positive growth and change in others. This 3 month programme will equip you with the theoretical and solid practical skills to effectively coach individuals for improved self-capability.
